Flying a drone in Singapore

Clear tourist path (UAPass + UABTC + SGD 25) but a 5-working-day lead, Broadcast Remote ID requirement, 60 m ceiling and very little flyable airspace.
Can a tourist register?
Yes. Foreigners use a UAPass account (no Singpass needed) — allow 5 working days; CAAS advises visitors to create it before arrival. Registrant must be 16 or older.

Customs & entry
No import permit for personal recreational drones. Flying unregistered: up to SGD 10,000 fine and/or 6 months jail. Most of the island is no-fly without a permit.
